Windows Vista came out in 2007. It must be older than that. No wonder it's shutting down randomly. The power supply might be dying, but it could simply be full of dust and in need of a good cleanup.

No I bught it in 2009 the guy asked me what I want system because the computer store crated their owown and I can change evry component. I not bought screen because I have ctr from older ....y computer I have some cash because I broken my leg two years earlir and I put some money into bank (it worth to break boons some time BTW I love my Samsung Galaxy S3 xD

It should just complain at the Bios/Eufi that the fan speed is zero and prevent you from going any further, it's a safety feature :)

It's good that engineers invented such function only bad thing is that I'm disconnected from Europa Universalis 4 and some others cool game like KSP Take on Mars and my ofice 365 i can use Web app on my laptop but online word 2013 is not the same like Winword on desktop. I hope processor is not demaged

If you can manage to boot to BIOS settings, then your processor should be fine. As others before me have said, the computer will turn itself off to protect the processor. Your computer is very salvageable if you would like to fix it. You also posted about getting a new computer too. My advice for if it is the power supply to blame, is buy a new one as soon as you can. I had a failing power supply take out a hard drive because I was broke at the time and used my computer as normal (games, etc). I was young and stupid. Or if replacing your old one, spend extra on a good power supply. Don't learn it the hard way like me.

Over the years I've run into a whole number of issues that could shut a machine down. They include the #1 mentioned thing thus far - dust/overheating. I've also seen faulty CD/DVD controllers cause shutdowns (BSOD). Failing/overheating power supplies - overuse of USBs can do this (USB extenders, USB plug-in lights, etc).

Used to be that motherboards had a speaker installed (tiny and cheap, purpose to just 'beep') ... and those 'beep codes' would tell you why things were or were not happening.

I'd check airflow first. You don't need to tear your machine apart to do that - just put you hand over the fan vent and see if there's airflow.

Do you own pets (cat/dog)? Pet hair/fur in the machine also facilitates dust collection, which can, across open leads, cause shorts - or rather more 'shunts' and draw or interrupt power to a point where failure conditions occur and the processor says 'yikes' and shuts down.

As it's been mentioned, 'one thing at a time' ... take a top-down approach... and post your results here so we can help.

There's no mention of the conditions in which it turns off. Aside from the heat issues mentioned above, it could also be that the PC is set to sleep or hibernate if left idle for too long. If that is the case, simply changing the power settings could fix the problem.

That too would help a lot.

This has happened to many people the last weeks including myself, my computer went into sleep mode and the light on keyboard, mouse and case was still on.

An friends computer went off, no lights and even problems restarting

However the computer only enter sleep after inactivity, typically the screen go black first, then it enter sleep mode.

Temprature or psu issues would shut it down then working hard, typically then playing games.

It's been my experience that Windows has always has issues with Sleep and Hibernation ... which is why I've always disabled them the moment I take ownership of the machine. Never had such problems however with Linux. Go figure.

It worked flawlessly for me over a year, still worked after an major update however some weeks later it stopped working.
