Rescue Missions with Tier 1 KSC

I was just thinking that SQUAD should perhaps remove the rescue missions while the KSC in in the early stages. It would be quite unrealistic to have random Kerbals floating around in space when your agency has just started out. The rescue contracts should only appear in later stages after you have achieved orbit a few times.

What do you guys think?

I think that the companies are paying you to rescue their kerbals. They already have the rocket parts (as shown in test contracts) at all times.

But, it would be good for players to only get these contracts once they've proven they can complete them.

Maybe in the next update they will have an upkeep or something.

Does drugging them and then tying them up in their sleep count as hiring, because if not, I haven't hired any Kerbals either...
