Mechjeb and advanced transfert to another planer

Why are the Mechjeb calculations in Mechjeb window for transfer different from the calculation we can see on the Navball ?

don't they come from the same source?

I noticed that there was often a 20 mn difference.

The calculations shown on the Navball seems accurate, they are always the departure point for transfer and it looks ok.

So why this differences?

On this picture: window calculations for Dress 3D 2H 41Mn DV 1552 and on Navball: 3D 2H 23MN DV 1537

My guess is that the transfer planner tells you when would be the perfect time to go. But you can't go exactly then because you'll be in the wrong place in your orbit. So the node is then set in the right position, as close as possible to the perfect time.

That's what I think, but it was not the case with the previous version of Mechjeb.
