You're thinking of Addon Controller, and it only works to the extent that other addons are set up for it. KSP is not the sort of game where you can just change what's running while it's running.

You could use bandicam, it saves screens as jpg.

I was also wondering about something like that, i resize all my screenshots to 66%.

Is there a way to simultaneously convert many screenshots to jpg and have them resized?

I know about it, but i dont want use other utilities. I'm interesting for ingame conversion to jpg, and, if possible, with adjustable parameters (Size, compression, etc.)
