Float help

So I wanted to put floats on Apollo, is there a stock way to make them actually float? I tried creating a new resource and making it super light but it didn't work.

If anyone has any clue as to how flotation works in KSP I would appreciate it....

There's a stock bug where masses ingame are in tons but KSP tells Unity it's actually kilograms, which makes everything super-buoyant. So don't expect your floats to be more floaty than the capsule...
