Unable to purchase via paysafe

I was very happy to read about 0.9. Went out and bought me a paysafecard for 30 €, as the store told me the price is 28€. Came back, went to the shop, accepted the 0,38 € additional fee for paysafe and went to the payment side of paysafe. Typed in my code = insufficient amount of cash. Paysafe says me it will cost 37,45 USD?!

So what now, how to get it steam-less for 28 € via paysafe?!

Ty, sal_vager. Did that already, but was wondering if someone on the forum did run in the same problem. Have not got a answer yet.

Anyhow the purchase has to be cancelled anytime by me, as paysafe give me no other option. Even combination of different paysafecards is not possible, as the upper limit for this is 30 €.

This issue does come up occasionally and can take a few days to sort out, but you say you have not purchased and you cannot because the price has gone up?

There may be nothing that can be done for you in this regard, the price does increase with major updates.

A offer for 28 € should be purchasable for 28 €, right? So maybe the offered price for 0.9 is not up to date?

Needless to say that I have bought the paysafecard as my personal christmas gift and now sitting here empty handed.

As combination of paysafecards over 30€ is not possible, I would have to buy a new one for 50 €. Then I can purchase, having left ~15 € on this card plus 30€ of the first paysafecard. So in total I have to buy cards for 80 €, just because a offer of 28€ is not a binding offer anymore? Com'on...

Still no reply by customer service...

It's the spambot trap, don't worry about that, it lets us catch advertising bots before they turn the forums into the shopping channel, now you have enough posts you're past it.

You can make larger payments by combining up to 10 paysafecard PINs.

That is from their website, you can combine paysafe cards to get a higher value, and to be honest it sounds like your issue is with them rather than Squad.

So you need another two $10 cards it seems, and you'll have around $5 left over.

I suggest you wait for a sale anyway, like, around Christmas maybe, there's bound to be one

Rightout off the payment dialogue of this deal:

"Bitte beachte: Wenn du paysafecard PINs kombinierst, darf der Wert deiner Zahlung maximal 30 Euro betragen."

English meaning: "Attention. If paysafecards pins are combined, the amount of payment has to be 30 € max."

They seem to change their terms of usement, as I switch my underwear.

So, it is as i have written above.

I have exactly the same problem. 30€ Paysafe Card, and cannot buy the 28€ Game. And no, PayPal is not possible for me!

Hi Schaufel,

as of 25. of April 2015 this issue still exists.

€28.38 including Paysafe fee written on the KSB Store and USD37.something when redirected on the paysafe site.

As I do have a Steam Account, I gave them a chance and: €28.00 paid finally (€-,38 saved).

I thought Paysafe would be great to use, but again I have got disappointed from one of those great global services.

Good of stam: You can extract the game at least under Linux, to use it "standalone". Don't know, if this works for Windows.
