What happened to the upgrade facilities idea?

I started a new game expecting to see a very primitive space center at the start of a career but all the buildings are at full upgrade.

Windows x64 bug, not fixable sorry, you'll have to use the 32 bit executable until the next Unity update :/

It's a unity bug with windows 64 that we unfortunately haven't had luck with fixing at this time.

64 bit windows is, for lack of better words, a steaming crap heap of bugs. That's why people sometimes disable their mods for 64 bit Windows. If you want it to be better, either switch to 32 bit windows or 64 bit Linux. If you go Linux, use any Ubuntu distro. I personally use Kubuntu. It can be hard transferring to Linux, but it IS better. (At least if you use Ubuntu)
