Meeting Testing Parameters, but not getting credit?

Example - test engine on in Kerbin orbit between 92000 and 112000km

I do, all parameters are green - but when I land I didn't complete the contract???

You need to right click the engine and click run test (or stage it) while you're in the required zone. If for some reason the button doesn't appear after you've already staged it before reaching the required altitude, you can add an empty stage and re-stage it.
