Can't download (second copy of) game

I purchased two copies of KSP. I've transferred one of them to Steam. To install the other one, I follow these instructions:

If I click on any of the versions, it takes me to a URL like this:

https://kerbalspaceprogram.com/lib/multiplayDwn.php?version=win-0-90-0

And I get a:

Not Authorised

error. I can't download 0.9, 0.25, or the installer for windows, mac, or linux. I've tried using Firefox and IE and I've tried this on multiple computers with multiple Windows OSes. I exchanged some support e-mail some months ago, without resolution.

I was wondering if anyone else had seem similar behavior when trying to download the game manually.

Hmm that's weird, your link also shows be I'm not authorised but I just tested the download and it works.

It can't be the browser or the PC if you've tried others, but have you tried a friends PC on a different ISP ?

Most likely though it's an issue with your account, and for that you can try sending a PM to Rowsdower, the community manager.
