What is a .25 or .90 mod that increases vab and sph size?

I am making a replica of the Saturn v and it needs to be over 100 metres, but I can only fit 80 with the current vab, I know I can build from the bottom up, but then I cannot use the new size thing to make sure it is the right size. If there is not one, then a mod that can change the root part will be fine.

Use the gizmo furthest to the right.

Oh well, I found a better way to make rockets larger than the vab, just use a couple I beams to build the first stage to the left of the rest of the rocket then move it down to the bottom of the second stage.
