Please allow me to change strategy commitment level at any time, even after starting

It's one of my biggest annoyances with strategies - once they're set, you can't change them. Say I wanted to maybe dial down or ramp up on Outsourced R&D or Open Source Tech Program, whatever, I have no choice but to cancel it and start it again at the desired level. This makes no sense to me. Just charge or refund me the difference between the two commitment levels (or a slight bit more/less and handwave it away as administration fees or whatever) if increasing/decreasing commitment and start the strategy at the new level.

It would make strategies a lot more appealing to me as right now, I don't understand how I need to be charged the full amount if I'm only increasing the commitment level from 60% to 70%. Surely the change is just 10% more commitment, not -60% and then +70%?

Yep, that'd be awesome Especially for the high setup cost ones (high amounts of science/reputation, assuming the outsourced R&D one is rebalanced appropriately)

Well, I feel like it wouldn't be called "commitment level" if you didn't have to, you know, commit. But yeah, I agree, have either a monetary or reputation fee for changing it, but let is change it to some extent. Maybe make it so if you modify it, you have to wait a certain amount of time to change it again.

Quite; the only option is some form of nominal fee. Even if the fee were set to basically what it would cost to cancel the strategy and re-implement it at the new level, that would still be an improvement over the current system, as it would require fewer steps.
