Custom Parts List File (0.90)

Howdy fellow Kerbonauts,

I have a rather simple question, I guess :

What is the file containing the custom Parts Lists you can create in the SPH/VAB since 0.90? I would like to transfer them from a computer to another and just can't locate them.

It looks like it is not specific for a save, as it appears in every one of them and nothing looks like that in the persistent.sfs. And I just am unable to find it anywhere else.
