SLS Parts gone in .90?!

Please tell me I'm the only one with SLS parts (including the claw!) gone in their .90 update?

And how to fix it if it's just me? I mean, how in the world am I supposed to grapple asteroids properly without a claw?! Would be technically possible, but a huge pain in the rear...

I did notice that I only have a "Squad" folder in my gamedata folder... If I remember right there used to be a NASA one or something.

Yeah, it's just you. All my NASA parts are still here. Maybe you deleted the NASA folder by accident? Strange predicament, indeed.

It must be some sort of thing on my end because I still have asteroid training missions and scenarios, but it can't load the ships for them because it says it doesn't have the parts.

Should I just move my saves out and redownload?

I haven't touched the directory till just now, so I'm not sure why it didn't download. I only recently moved to steam, but figured it wouldn't have problems.

I know in the old days I often would have pieces that had failed to download when trying to get it off Squad's burning servers, but didn't think I'd get that with steam... oh well.

Try verifying game cache? Might not have downloaded. If it didn't, that would be odd.

I've accidentally deleted my NASAmission folder as well afer an update when I'm cleaning the older mods out. And the Squad folder too. Really obvious when you do that. Yes, "verify game cache" should fix it, but check in the Recycle Bin first.

I haven't had this with stock. However a couple times I have downloaded a mod and I watched videos on YouTube and noticed one or two parts were missing. Or the time I downloaded KW and the fairings didn't download. Strange stuff indeed.

If you have a Steam version, telling Steam to Verify the Integrity of the game cache (on the Local Files tab in KSP's Properties) will redownloading any and all missing parts. Similarly, redownloading the game through the Launcher/Patcher or directly from the KSP Store will do much the same.

Go into recycle bin: It might be there if you deleted all your mods at the 0.90 release.
