Size Limits for SPH Wrong

Just bought the 202000 funds upgrade for my SPH in career mode and noticed that the size limits for this version doesn't make sense at all.

They are right now 15m width, 15m length and 20m height. But spaceplanes are usually no rockets, so the height is too much while with and length is too low. A lot better suitable especially for the 255 parts limit would be somthing like 20m width, 20m length and 15m height.

Also the size and weight limits for crafts should be shown in the upgrade descriptions of VAB and SPH (when you right click the building).

Those limits are for the launchpad and runway, not the VAB/SPH (though, the size one definitely should be an assembly constraint rather than a launch one).

Also remember you can use the runway to launch rockets too (e.g. if you blew up your launchpad and can't replace it yet)
