Career mode and contracts ( i can't seem to ge tthe catch asteroid contract)

I got a nice career made a ton of contract, i just can't seem to be able to get the catch asteroid contract. I got the technology to do so I think.... I got the track unknown objects and i got the "claw".

Have you actually tracked any asteroids? That might be a requirement, I'm not sure. Those contracts are quite rare though, and don't pay enough to be worth the hassle in most cases. For example I typically see ones like "Put a class C asteroid into orbit of the Mun", which will pay a grand total of 300k... which I can get by doing ~5 satellite contracts for a fraction of the effort.

Also, check the station contracts. Sometimes they want you to use an asteroid as part of the station.
