Kerbal achievements visible in VAB/SPH / Fix Astronaut complex stats pop-up

Individual Kerbal achievements should be visible in the VAB/SPH crew tab.

I have a reasonably large group of Kerbals in wide variety of experience. Some have only been to orbit or have only left Kerbins SOI briefly. Others have only been to the two muns or have done everything at/near Kerbins SOI. It's getting impossible to remember who has, or has not done something. And swapping back and forth between the VAB/SPH and the astronaut complex is becoming a real pain.

How hard would it be to simply make these stats visible in the crew tab?

And on a second note: With a large group of Kerbonauts the stats become unreadable as the pop-up moves beyond the game borders.
