What means Allow stock vessel and Indestructible Facilities?

Hello, I've seen these new options on the difficulty panel, what do they mean? I mean, allow stock vessel, stock them where? And indestructible facilities, can facilities in kerbin be broken?

I dont know about stock vessel but yes in 0.9 kerbin facilities can be broken , if you drop something on them or you hit them with a plane , etc ....

I haven't messed with the difficulty settings, but I am guessing the 'allow stock vessels' option will give you access to the stock vessels that are available by default. As most of these are rather useless, I'm sure you wouldn't miss them if you turned the option off.

The indestructible facilities means that you can't destroy KSP. The allow stock vessels lets the example craft such as the Kerbal X to be available however you can't use them until you have unlocked thr necessary parts.
