Plane always want to skyrocket upwards when reaching 150 m/s

I cant use control surfaces to push down on the craft, some wierd force is too great. Ive even emptied out all fuel tanks and used fuel cheat and still same problem. I think its a weight problem but according to the center of mass and lift this thing should fly.

It's off-centre thrust. Raise the engines a bit.

Having the bulk of the aircraft above the center of thrust means that as drag increases, a torque moment is produced that wants to pitch your nose up.

Longitudinal, static, and dynamic balance are all important, but don't forget to balance the drag a well.

ghaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Unfourtunately I cant just lift the mass downward as my wings are made of bits and pieces of stock parts. Well I did learn today that there is a procedural wings pack. Life is good again
