It\'s not a rover, but a lander for kerbonaults.

But it stil likes that one of curiosity.

I made one! It\'s a bit weird to land, because rather than a stack decoupler I had to use radials to accommodate the Muon detector, but it gets from Kerbin safely to the Mun.

It\'s a bit of a stagnant thread and no longer a challenge, but it\'s also a little showcase of designs. So here\'s my latest:

It works perfectly to drop the cart a metre from the surface and fly off to crash.

These images were taken over two landings, both were 100% successful although I did an initial test landing on Kerbal near the KSC to test the system.

My recent Succesful landing on Mun using the Prometheus Solar Rover and self-made skycrane. The previous stage that I needed to get achieve an intercept trajectory made my rocket inherently unstable, so I needed unlimited fuel and lots of radial boosters to correct the balance issue sadly. Landed on the dark side of the moon and forgot lights! Luckily the rover has one. The crane and RCS unit worked perfectly

I have a hard time getting the decoupler at the top of my rover stack to carry the weight of any larger rover. Lame-o. Anyway, here\'s mine:

Sometimes I detach the rover, then switch focus back to the skycrane to fly it off.
