How to open the maneuver menu?

Hello,

I want a little satellite, but..

I think I dont know how to open the maneuver menu.

I saw that you have to go to ''M'' (map) and then click AP (Apoapsis) and then the maneuver menu should pop up, but

that doesn't happen with me. Right click, left click, not working. Does anybody knows what I should do?
