Custom contract/ Edit contract mod

I want a mod that I can use to edit a contract to be one for the jool-5 challenge. I have tried mission controller 2, but I want to be able to edit every aspect of the contract. I know this is possible through persistent file edits, but I am no where near being good enough with those to do this.

will this work to modify contracts I already have accepted? I just need another year to get to jool XD
