BACC Booster and Career Mode

If I use two or more Rockomax BACC Solid Fuel Booster radial with the same reduced

thrust limiter setting on all Boosters why does my rocket liftoff in Sandbox and Science Mode

but not in Career Mode (same layout and TWR 1.25)?

The same procedure above works good with other engines (not all tested) in all three game modes.

I realised it on the TWR display from Kerbal Engineer Redux because I want a smooth Launch.

I did a clean fresh install of KSP without any mod and the problem is still there.

It sounds like you've hit the sticky launchpad glitch. It happens from time to time, and is somewhat sporadic. You can usually fix it by picking up the entire craft in the VAB (either by Shift+Clicking the craft, or picking up the root part) and shifting its position in the VAB a couple of metres. Might take a couple goes to properly unstick it, though.

Shifting a few meters did solve that problem. I'll try the other solutions later....
