My Girandola is finished!

I just had to try my hand at this, as said by others before: not easy, but lots of fun watching your contraptions collapse and explode in on themselves! Here's some attempts that were sorta succesfull in chronological order.

Tried again using UbioZur's welding mod That makes things a LOT easier and should help Fengist deal with his parts limitation. Basically you build your frame, weld that up using the mod's tools and it will save it as a single part, reboot KSP, find you part in the section you saved it in and place it under a command core. Now all that's left is to add the fireworks. It counts the entire frame as a single part and that makes it super rigid and eliminates the need for struts on the frame. Makes it possible to make fireworks that would otherwise not be possible due to memory limitations.

First off, I want to thank the newest contributors to this challenge. I'm glad that despite the rather peculiar requirements of the challenge, that you still stepped forward and attempted it. But I am still acknowledging the fact (as some pointed out) that for this challenge to be a "formal" KSP Challenge, I really have to have stricter guidelines or requirements/limits. However, as my workload just increased in the past few days, I can no longer monitor this thread on a regular basis. However, you are free to continue posting your girandola attempts if only for fun or exchanging notes and builds. Thanks again to everyone who participated!
