All of the buildings are false

i just started playing the career mode and it shows that all of my buildings are fully upgraded but i tried to eva while in space and it said i needed to upgrade the astronaut complex to do that but it wont let me.

i sort of found a fix to the launch platform when i revert to launch but it only lasts during the flight and not after

Hi Bigfatpaulie, career in KSP for Windows 64bit is broken, sorry, please see the stickies and use the regular 32bit KSP.exe instead

That said, far be it for me to argue with a mod but a casual glance at the unmodded support forum shows 4 sticky threads, and none of them actually mention this issue in the OP.
