Mystery Fuel Tank

OK, I'm not sure if this is in the right area, but this is the most fitting one I found. So, I saw this black and white checkerboard pattern tank that I can't find the mod it's from. I saw it in at least 2 theads in Mission Reports, but I can only remember the names of 1, so here's the link to the thread(It should skip to the chapter I saw the tank in. Scroll down until you see this: "It was held to the pad by a refueler clamp and an holder clamp." So, anyone know what mod it's from? I downloaded KW Rocketry, NovaPunch, and AIES Aerospace, and it's not in any of those.
