Looking for a specific mod

Didn't think this fit in the mods section since that looks like its mostly technical support. I've been trying to find a mod that I saw in a video a few weeks ago. Not sure if it was apart of a larger mod, but in the video kerbonauts could place struts in flight which is pretty darn useful. Anyone know of a mod that lets you do this?

Moved to General Add-on Affairs, the place for this sort of question. (Don't be intimidated by some tech support questions being there, too. )

There are some other mods that add strutting in flight, like ActiveStruts and QuantumStruts, but I believe the above-mentioned Kerbal Attachment System is the only one that uses kerbals on EVA to install them.
