Rover going crazy

KSP Version: 0.90.0.705 Beta Windows 32Bit

What Happens: Rover starts spinning on launch, and lifts off into the air.

Mods / Add-Ons: All stock

Steps to Replicate: load the rover 4.craft in SPH and hit launch

Result:

Fixes/Workarounds:

  • removing the cubic octagonal strut with the two seats prevents this problem

Not sure, actually. At present, a lot of parts are physicsless for either very little or absolutely no reason, with very little explanation given as to why. It often looks like they weren't intended to be physicsless, but it was simply overlooked when they copied another part's .cfg file to enter the new part's data in.

Just one of many things we hope to see resolved reasonably soon. :D
