This particular challenge looks like it's missing a few things that might be important for a good challenge. Have you had a look at our Challenge Submission Guide? In particular, have you done it yourself? It's generally considered good form for a person making a challenge submission to demonstrate the challenge is actually possible to accomplish, usually with proof they've done it themselves.

just to say i was testing something about getting to below 40 km in jools atmosphere and trying to get back but i didn't deploy my chutes and tried to hover down until i hit the "surface" to save dv and i indeed did touch its "surface" so yeahhhhhhhh

I think the 6 doesn´t mean you have to land on Jool, too. I think shows that this challenge is harder than Jool-5 because you have to do all that stuff:

By the way, I also think the admin should prove the challenge is possible, make a score system and all the other stuff.

Just saying, it's impossible to launch something from Kerbin, go to Jool where the altimeter shows 10 or less, and get back to Kerbin, if the Kraken doesn't tear you apart in the low atmosphere.

Yes, I said "impossible". Not "nearly impossible" like you can still land on Eve and get back.
