How do you identify job title during mission?

I have a moon base up and running. But I can't remember who had what job.

I want the scientists in the laboratory. I want the engineers doing modifications on the facility and I want the pilots piloting rovers and short range excursion.

There's a small icon in the map view which shows the Kerbals of the active craft.

Javascript is disabled. View full album

Click the button to enable and disable the window visibility. Hold the mouse over the Kerbals list and use mouse scroll to see all Kerbals.

I would like a little implementation of maybe a small symbol next to the crew pictures on the flight screen. It's just more convenient.
