Breaking apart

OK I'v been playing for awhile and since the last update 90. I'm having problems with my larger ships breaking apart I have search and found that this has been going on for some time but have not found a way to fix said problem. can someone help with thia as it is now almost impossible for me t play the game

Yeah Steve is right we need more info, how can we tell what is causing your craft to break apart otherwise?
