Finally i get some time to play ksp :-)

I'm in the middle of writing 2nd chapter of my MA thesis so i have very little time for recreation & relax.

I transferred my KSP to steam now i'm cruising that!, i lost all my steam game when i "refreshed" my windows, i thought that if i chose that option over clean install i will keep my games but i was wrong, now i downloaded my fav modes manly: MechJeb, Kerbal Alarm Clock and FASA.

and that what i did but i wonder why i not get record for reaching 5 km altitude, thus i used mod parts but it shouldn't be issue here?

The first thing to do would be to try a similar flight with un-modded parts to see if you can complete the contract that way.

If you still can't complete the contract then I would suggest that you try again with a clean stock install.

If that works, you could then perform some experiments to try to determine which mod is causing the problem.

Altitude contracts are required, although it's never mentioned, to be manned, I believe.
