How to link to posts?

I'm going to start a new KSP fanfiction soon on this forum, but there is one thing I need to now how to do: Link to individual posts. How do they do it?

Moved to the Kerbal Network.

And you can make short links using [noparse]link text here[/noparse] -- just grab the number digits at the very end of the post link and put them in the BBCode.

No, only works on a given page as I understand it.

If you're trying to link to sections from another page entirely, a standard url tag should be capable of doing so.
