Can't access Orbital Map view

Hello

I've recently installed ksp on a new and better pc than before, but i have a glitch, whatever key i assign (i have also tried to assign a mouse button or a joystick one), the orbital map won't show up, i have the glitch on 64 bit and 32 bit ksp and my install is unmodded, what can i do?

Can you still click with the mouse on the light-blue orbital map button (shown here in the picture to the bottom right)?

Yes, it shows the orbital map, but the keyboard don't.

It could be a bad settings.cfg, if you delete it KSP will make a new one.
