Asteroid Redirect 1 Broken Craft

There appears to be a new problem in 0.90. In the Asteroid Redirect 1 scenario the Fuel lines are broken, making it difficult if not impossible to beat if you don't know how to transfer fuel between tanks (which is not covered in any tutorial up to that point). This appears to be platform agnostic. Youtube was on windows (probably steam). I am on mac OS X (Steam).

I noticed this watching videos of a new player attempting to get through the tutorials on youtube. and checked my own fresh install to make sure it was not just a fluke.

Its fairly easy to test if other want to duplicate this and make sure it is not an isolated incident, its very simple to reproduce, Load up the asteroid redirect 1 scenario and begin thrusting, note if fuel is being drained from both tanks as intended or only from the smaller tank.

Problem still persists in 1.0 in scenario 2 as well
