Unable to purchase upgrade in R&D, Mac

For whatever reason the purchase button for my R&D is off of my screen and I seem unable to scroll down to it in any way. This only started happening last night and at the start of this play through I had no problem purchasing new upgrades. This is very frustrating to me as I am basically unable to advance any more in the campaign until I figure this out. My version is 0.90.0.705

You mean the research button?

That can happen if your screen resolution has changed, or the resolution used by KSP, check your KSP settings and your OSX screen settings, ensure both are at least 1024x768
