What else to send to Eve?

I've recently set up a colony on Eve in my old science mode save. There's a launch window opening up from Kerbin, so I want to use the opportunity to send more supplies and equipment over to aid exploration.

The question is, what to send? There's already two planes (one aerospike, one ion, both with rover wheels) so another fuel station is a must. I have a 4-man rover too. All those seas are asking to be explored, but I'm somewhat stumped by efficient means of boat propulsion. Some sort of fuel truck might be useful so I can bring the fuel supplies to wherever's most convenient at the time.

Any more ideas? :D

right now I have started a Eve Mission. I have allready mapped it. and landed a "Fuel" truck on the surface. Just a rover with a fuel tank as a body. It is great for scouting out anomalies for contracts.

Soon I will be sending a Kethane Miner, and A manned science rover

and finally an unfueled (Dry) ascent craft. Follow up missions will include creating a colony and maybe some planes, and maybe LOX stockpile for future ascent vehicles

If you're open to mods, Firespitter's electric propellers work well for boats, though they are noisy. Otherwise ions for a slow boat or aerospikes for a faster one are the most straightforward option. The key thing is to keep the drag down. I believe the water drag works much like the air drag, so most parts are awful. Air intakes are well known as good floats and wing sections can work quite well too.

Infiniglide might also work well, provided you keep control and don't take off. And you could attempt a reaction-wheel-powered paddle boat, but I think the chief problem will be the paddles misaligning with the boat hull any time you leave the boat and come back to it.
