I use Windows because it's fairly simple, allows for relatively good customization, and fits all my needs. It's also the most common of all, so software is more widely available for it.

Linux Mint KDE 64... Been a Linux user since 2006.

Only reason I bought KSP was because it was compatible, glad I did now.

I've got Windows on my main computer, so does my wife. My 5-year-old's laptop is running a ubuntu since I didn't want to shell out $150 on something he most likely would be messing up all the time; his computer is my wife's old laptop and she we had lost the Windows disks before we wiped it for him. The younger one I bought a cheap laptop and it already had windows installed. We do have another computer hooked to the TV with tuners and a webcam for Skype, as well as extra hard drives that acts as a server. That one runs Mythbuntu. Linux is the perfect OS for that box. We do game some on it, but since I have Steam installed I can stream any non-compatible games from my PC to it.
