SAS doesnt work at this little drone

Hello, I have this little guy here:

And no matter what I do, the ship doesnt rotate. Pressing a button doesnt even drain electricity.

The OKTO2 does drain electricity, but thats it. The engine works too.

I use the current KSP steam version with a Windows machine. Running on 32bit ot 64bit doesnt seem to change anything.

Did I missed a new change which modules have SAS?

OKTO2 has SAS and it's working just fine.

Problem is that it doesn't have reaction wheels to rotate the craft.

Look at the config files for cores with internal reaction wheels. Copy that out and paste it into your OKTO config file. Or write a ModuleManager config.
