What was the mod that added Wing tanks?

Exactly that... I am trying to do a project for someone and I need the mod that added fuel tanks inside the default spaceplane wings. I remember seeing this, but do not remember what it's call. Can anyone help?

I didn't know there was a mod, but we have received word from Harvester that these will be coming in 1.0. Is that what you were thinking about?

As far as I can remember, there was no way to add fuel without removing the ability for them to lift. At least that's what I was told, I don't know the technical details myself.
