KSP does not show up as active in the toolbar

Ok, so as some of you may know, I use two screens when playing KSP. I use the second screen liberally. But today I decided to upgrade to 0.90. And I ran into a, errr... Me breaking bug-ish thing? Here's what's going on: http://i.imgur.com/a6mPDZJ.png

I took that screenshot when the game was running. The task manager confirmed that. So what's up? Why is KSP suddenly just disappearing when in full screen? I have to re-boot the game every time I click out!

(Oh and for those of you who may or may not say "Go to windowed mode!" I can't! My screen is too tiny! It just clips and I can't hit the Accept or Cancel button!)

Happens to me too, try to run from KSP.exe, or alt-tab out and alt-tab in back.

Alt-tabbing works for me, but then i get ksp as an iconless program

Btw, i'm using win8.1, maybe that's the problem.

I have noticed this, but this only happens if I run it in full screen. I too, am using windows 8.1 and I think it is caused by the way windows 8.1 handles full screen windows, etc. I also have this happen with many of my other games, such as Robocraft, Space Engineers and even Terraria, so this does not seem to be a problem directly connected to KSP. Also as a side note, when running on my Win7 desktop, I have yet to encounter this problem with any of my games.

Thanks, I have decided to take action on this, there is no way of truly getting rid of it thanks to all of our OS's capabilities. Alt-Tabbing works but it's a 50/50 chance of getting it back. I recently got a new monitor with a larger resolution. I now run it in windowed mode. (It also helps with the much-needed performance of the game.)
