Part menu not showing in SPH

So i was making my space shuttle and I took it on a test flight (sorta) and when I reverted to the SPH the part menu was gone and I could not move anything.

I've tried reinstalling the save file and the .craft file. this only happens with this one craft in both the SPH and the VAB. Right click menus still function which I find odd.

Please help me as i don't want an hour of wing making going down the trash.

The craft file, from the sounds of it, is corrupt. Although i've never seen corruption be this aggresive i'll take a look at the craft to see what i can do. Could you also provide a modlist and what mods are used in this craft?

The mods I use for this ship are tweakscale, and FAR (I don't know if FAR changes anything but in the .craft it says FARBasicDragModel on all things). I also have trajectories .25 installed and I'm also not sure if that changes anything.
