NavBall Reversed

I got a huge bug where anything facing up in VAB will reverse itself and point its "control node" downward causing prograde to become retrograde vice versa. Is there a mod that will reverse the navball ?

Are you sure that you don't have more than one control pod facing in the opposite direction? A probe core maybe?

Is it happening when you work in VAB on the same ship, or does it happen with every ship you build?

I had this problem once, not sure why it happens but if you just right-click whatever part is at the front/top of your ship and hit 'control from here' (in flight) it should be back to normal. If you've done that and it doesn't work, then I don't know... fresh install?

ok, found out I forgot to control from here on the new pod I put in. I had an upside capsule installed but tried to offset it with a 2nd pod. ooops :/
