Searching for a specific mod (wheel mod)

I've seen this mod before but I can't remember the name nor am I able to find it. I know it is a mod that brings in customizable wheels which you can edit in any way. If I'm correct, the mod was developed by BahamutoD. I would really appreciate it if any of you know or have seen this mod to reply with a link to the mod page. Thanks!!!
