Cannot undock/decouple cargo from shuttle

I have built a shuttle but it is useless since I cannot decouple or undock my cargo, on the ground or in space. I have built shuttles previously in version 0.25 and never had a problem like this. I have tried different loads, no loads, different decouplers and docking ports without any luck. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated since I need to upgrade my communication satellites with GX-128 to communicate to other planets.

My shuttle has the S2 reusable pod and 6m S2 cargo bay where my payload is stored.

I'm having similar problems and in searching for a fix found this thread - http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/78863. I see Kerbal Joint Reinforcement blamed quite often but I'm not using it and I don't see it in your list either. Also seen it mentioned that this will happen in stock. Good luck!
