Duplicated fuel lines and strut connectors.

Ever since v0.90 I have two versions of EAS-4 Strut Connector and FTX-2 External Fuel Duct visible in VAB, SPH and research tree: one massless and drag free and one with 0.05 mass and 0.02 drag. Is this normal? I have the latest versions of HyperEdit and Kerbal Engineer installed but I'm pretty sure those shouldn't be doing anything to the point-to-point parts...

I believe the filenames for these parts were changed for 0.90, which would leave two copies (old and new) if you updated using Patcher or Steam. You can remove them manually, but that will require some save file editing, too.
