Presenting a new Helicopter Motor!

Jon's Rotor Factory Turbo-Electric Model 1

How does it work?

It combines the technology of electric SAS torque and Turbo-shaft engines.

It is designed to be a smaller and less powerful counterpart to its larger equivalents on the forum. As so helicopters made with it should have their weight monitored.

To operate, disable SAS and set throttle to 0% on the main helicopter. Decouple the rotors from the rest of the craft. Control from it now and hold down LeftAlt+Q to spool up the electric motor using the SAS trim control. Switch back to the main part of the helicopter and use the throttle control to control the thrust of the turbo-shafts.

Please Note: This is a sub-assembly part; install it into your sub-assemblies folder.

Flying Beaver and I are planning on making a special helicopter using the motor. However feel free to use it in your designs as well.
