Thrust Vectoring Plugin; Stockalike Mk3 KS-25x3 Space Shuttle Main Engine

It's been discussed before, I believe but still nothing came out of it. A Mk3 Fuselage System Space Shuttle Main engine in stockalike style. And perhaps a new plugin to controlololol it.

Engine Stats:

Mk3 KS-25x3 Shuttle Engine Cluster

Manufacturer: Kerbodyne and C7 Aerospace Division

Description: Designed to cope with the insane difficulties of placing a spaceplane on the side of a fuel tank, the Spaceplane Main Engine Cluster is designed to vector its thrust by 30 degrees, all the while producing insane efficiencies and thrusts. This gimbal comes at a cost, however. A very very pricey cost. Really though, don't just throw this engine away!

Cost: √33400

Mass: 9 tonnes

Impact Tolerance: 20 m/s

Research Node: Heavy Aerodynamics (Or Experimental Rocketry?)

Unlock Cost: √6800

Maximum Thrust: 2400

Isp: 390 seconds (Vacuum)

340 seconds (At Sea Level)

Thrust Vectoring: 3 degrees (Or just 30 degrees)

Thrust Vectoring Offset: 30 degrees

Now, the problem with this, is (and I've "prototyped" this with the KS-25x4), the gimbal is instant (very wibbly), and it doesn't hold (Without finnicky trim adjustments). There must be a solution! That solution has to be a plugin. Ideally it would affect all thrust vectored parts, but having it only work with high-gimbal parts would be fine as well. You would have a tweakable to adjust the default pitch gimbal angle, and this can be tweaked in flight. Further, controlling the gimbal takes time, it doesn't instantly change. It might take a second to change the gimbal from 0 to 30. And only the pitch gimbal would have this freedom, the yaw and roll would only deviate by 3 degrees. I guess I don't really have to go into this much detail, I'm sure you modders are smart enough to make a great plugin to handle this that is simple to use and easy to control. :)

Oh, and while we're at it, a stockalike vernier thruster!

Engine specs:

RV-Wernier Gimbal Motor

Manufacturer: STEADLER Engineering Corps

Description: While using a glorified Linear RCS port seems fine and dandy for most, it was soon decided that a proper yaw-and-roll controlling engine must be invented to take care of those situations where the sideways thrust of a Vernor engine just didn't cut.

Cost: √502

Mass: 0.09 (Negligible)

Impact Tolerance: 15 m/s

Research Node: Advanced Flight Control

Unlock Cost: √3400

Maximum Thrust: 20

Isp: 320 seconds (Vacuum)

295 seconds (At Sea Level)

Thrust Vectoring: 30 degrees (Yaw and Roll)

(it would be able to pitch as well, but only by yawing on a surface 90 degrees from yaw. It wouldn't be able to turn inside the tank, only swivel around one axis to turn.)
