    I teach World Civilization, U.S. History, and U.S. Foreign Policy at the college/university level. So, with that said, I love history, love to do research, and enjoy good conversation.

  1. I'm not very sure if there is a thread for this kind of stuff, and to be honest, I do not feel like looking for one. However, I saw this earlier today - and could imagine what kind of cool images we could get from the various probes if Mars did still have rings...

      From what I read recently, they could become rings in the next 40 million years. Crazy how nature do dat!

      I heard to they will become rings. They are not tidaly locked and some day the tides will rip them apart.
