I remember the days when an Eve Ascent Vehicle was hundreds of tonnes and the kerbal had to jetpack to the mothership. Now, the lucky buggers have capsules. I mean, is this a space program, or a luxury airline?

Good lord! 18 years 337 days and they only received 474 rep points??  I believe the crew should have received all of the rep points!  That's impressive.  I bet the inside of the cockpit smelled horrific.

Very impressive, and the only way to do this has to be like him and reuse the pod for eve, could you used an probe core instead?
triple bonus for doing it with an SSTO.

Yes you can use a probe core instead, the contract doesn't say it has to be manned. Look for "Ultimate challenge" in the challenges section for more details

Look like its an stock contract, also sounds fun. And yes using an probe core with two small docking ports should qualify but an pod is more fun.

I knew I wasn't the only one to notice this! Eve has become so much easier to return from since 1.0 (relative to pre-1.0 versions, it's still pretty tough)
