Questions for OPT Space Plane Parts V1.9

So I got the OPT space plane parts mod. When I put the OPT K fuel tank part on my ship it doesn't come with any fuel making the entire mod useless. What is the point in a fuel tank that can't carry any fuel? I need some serious help here.

Though I might point out that if you have an issue with a specific mod, you'd probably get better results if you asked (politely) in the mod's release thread-- that's where all the people who use the mod hang out.

You need to have a working Firespitter install, and it's in the OPT Main Pack download. Many mods use Firespitter for fuel switching.
